How do I reset my password?

If you already have an account on Recruiterly you can reset your password by navigating to the login screen here.

You'll then notice 'Forgot password?' at the bottom of the login form:

Follow this link and you will be taken to the reset password screen:

Once you arrive here, enter the email address that you used to setup the account and click the 'Reset password' button.

Recruiterly will then send you your reset password confirmation email. Please wait a few minutes for this to arrive. If you do not receive the email within 5 minutes, please check your spam and junk folders just in case.

If you do not receive your email, or you are still having difficulties resetting your password or accessing your account. Please contact us here, email success@recruiterly.com or or chat with one of our support representatives via chat which you'll find on the bottom right hand corner of your screen.

How do I share a post to LinkedIn?

Login to your Recruiterly account
Navigate to your profile by clicking on the 'Profile' icon located in your left-hand menu panel. This will take you to your public profile.
Locate the post you would like to share.
Click on the three dots in the top right corner of your post and click the 'Share to LinkedIn' option from the list:

If you are already logged into your LinkedIn account, you'll be prompted to edit your post before sharing.

If you are not already logged into your LinkedIn account, you'll be asked to login first and then you'll be prompted to edit your post before sharing.

If you are already logged into your Facebook account, you'll be prompted to edit your post before sharing.

Locate the post you would like to delete.
Click on the three dots in the top right corner of your post and click the Delete post option from the list:

How do I edit one of my posts?

You can easily edit and delete the posts you have published by following these 4 steps:

Login to your Recruiterly account
Navigate to your profile by clicking on the 'Profile' icon located in your left-hand menu panel. This will take you to your public profile.
Locate the post you would like to edit.
Click on the three dots in the top right corner of your post and click the 'Edit post' option from the list:

Now you will be able to edit your original post.

How do I post a video to my Recruiterly profile?

You can post compelling video's to your personal Recruiterly profile, either by uploading a video or by sharing a Youtube link. We'll show you how in this article:

First log in to your Recruiterly account here.
Then navigate to your feed, which is where you can post various types of content. You can learn more here.
To publish a video, click on the 'Video' icon, which looks like this:

Once you click on this icon, you'll see the following pop up:

Here you have two options:

Upload a video from your computer
Add an video from the web

To upload a video from your computer, simply click on the 'Upload' box on the left hand side. You will then be prompted to choose a file from your hard drive or storage device. Select the video file you would like to upload.

To add a video from the web, click on the 'Add video from web' box on the right hand side. You will then be prompted to input the URL of the video.

For this example, we chose to 'Add video from the web', and we chose a video of some cute puppies.

As soon as you input the video URL, you will be provided with a 'Preview' button like this:
